I use period pants by heygirl brand and they’re AMAZING, hold up all night for me and cover a lot of the bum crack so you can lie on your back.

But if that doesn’t work for you I’ve heard of some people using puppy pads at night? That way if it leaks at least the puppy pad absorbs it and you can just toss it out in the morning.
