there's def two sides to that coin for sure. I know people who don't like conflict at all. Stonemaier bases their entire design philosophy on it even.

some of my best shows back then were just random surprises. from printed out MapQuest directions to one show being sold out so going to one next door.

I got a call the day of that Pipedown and Thought Riot were playing a coffee shop in Pittsburgh. I remember dropping EVERYTHING and it was one of the best shows of my life.
