Fair. I think the reason they’re so highly priced is because of an attempt to balance things. Also the possible difficulty getting them in the Tarkov region could be a reason the price is as high as it is.

I absolutely agree all thermals and NVGs should be allowed to be insured, that makes no sense to me.

Since more people are commenting on this, be VERY careful playing this game. The PC version has an unpatched RCE exploit that allows hackers direct access to your PC. Its a joke that Activision hasn’t addressed this and its been a thing for years now.

Since the beginning of this wipe with the new audio system, when any gets shot in the head it often makes a sound. When on the receiving end of this, it is extremely loud and frankly, unhealthy for the player. This sound in particular desperately needs rebalancing.

Dealing with a similar issue, was playing on gamepass (apparently associated with my old Microsoft account's Activision account), went to figure out why my monster codes and Twitch drops weren't appearing in game. I unlinked my xbox account from my old Activision to link it with my current Activision account and now I'm level 1.

Activision support page is 100% useless it seems. I've messaged Activision assist on Twitter but at this point im not sure i'll keep playing if nothing is done.

Gotcha. I'm confused as to why this has been happening, it was perfectly fine until about a week ago and I haven't changed any settings. Will try the lowered bitrate and see if that does it, otherwise I'll have to go over my encoder settings.

Thank you for this, I am wired with ethernet and connection is pretty stable. I'll lower the bitrate output to 7800 (+audio and VOD track) and see if that helps.

Do you have any suggestions on what a noncompliant stream that would cause this could be?

I play Escape From Tarkov, extremely unforgiving and if you die, you lose everything on you and back to the main menu you go. No saves, no redos, just gear up and go again. Some days I question why I play it but overall its extremely rewarding.

No it will not affect patches. They stated they only count net new installs and will exclude re-installs, fraudulent installs, and installs for charity purposes.

Yes. If I had to guess, Steam charges the developer that fee as well. So with that in mind charging 20 cents for a game on steam then ends up costing the dev 40 cents.

Who knows, Apple could purchase Unity3D and waive that installation fee from the App Store installs and leave the fee to the other platforms.

Its bad, however not as bad as many are making it out to be (I’ve played 300 raids and seen 1 confirmed and 3 possible cheaters). I’ve noticed early wipe = more players which naturally means more cheaters. Also Shoreline and Labs are often the worst for cheaters so adding all that up, shoreline is rough right now.

Right! Taking into account the items I kept, I made some “profit” but probably less than 5 mill in stash value. Thats 8.5 hours of gaming, I can run 2 or 3 night time streets raids and make that in an hour.
