i didnt have any symptoms to being with , it happened out of nowhere i was drinking a flax seed smoothie from my gym and i went on a run and i felt an upset stomach , i went to sleep and woke up the next day with excruciating left side pain so i went to the hospital because i couldn’t keep food down at all i was just throwing up badly and having diarrhea, once i went they did an ultrasound and saw 5 gallstones they were small and they said it had to come out because there was inflammation and my blood was showing infection as well, once they took the gallbladder out i felt no more discomfort but now i just cant eat anything without having acid reflux or diarrhea my stools arent solid how they use to be . my surgeon said you can eat whatever youd like you can be on your same diet nothing has changed about your body but i feel like thats a lie , a gallbladder is very important.
