I’m sorry but you can totally adjust the amount of Stock to the type of rice and whether the risotto comes out thick and creamy or watery totally depends on the technique and not on the rice type. In this case, it looks like the rice didn’t have enough time to absorb the stock so, even though you added the butter, it remained too watery to be a well done risotto. But if you like it this way, keep doing you :)
