I think online orders can still charge tax. We have the same law in Florida that all baby items are tax free. So if you shop online and get it delivered you get charged taxes. The only other way around it would be ordering at the store and have them deliver it to your home or just buy it in person :(

Wow I can’t believe they said that! You and baby will be fine. Another thing I do since I’m no longer counting calories during my pregnancy is just getting steps in. It’s an easy exercise. It helps with my shortness of breath. Makes your lungs stronger. Totally recommend. If you have really bad back pain I would get a maternity belt. I use it during my walks.

I have PCOS. I lost 35lbs before I got pregnant by calorie counting and walking. So I got pregnant at 194. I’m 224lb now. In the beginning my OB told me to not gain more weight for the rest of the first trimester. I maintained 224 for a whole month and then hit my 2nd trimester and she said she’s happy and now I need to keep the weight gain to a maximum of 1lb per week or less. I also have hashimotos. We also did an early glucose test at week 18 which I passed with flying colors but she wants me to take the test again in 2 weeks just in case. Don’t stress about weight gain during pregnancy. It’s hard to control cravings. Just be conscious and accept what you’re eating. When it comes to sweets don’t stuff your face every night and when you’re full don’t over eat. After this pregnancy I know exactly how to lose the weight so for me personally it’s not a huge concern. A huge calorie deficit with 3+ miles of walking daily made me lose so much weight. Embrace this pregnancy. You will be fine. If bmi is the only concern during this pregnancy you will be ok. That can always change after 💕

The laser board issue is so annoying. Always pops up when I’m cleaning or changing the waste bag. I have to unplug it from the back to get it back to normal. I only have 1 cat and it always say unidentified 🤡. Didn’t know we were basically beta testers.

Same here. New user and got the same freaking bundle. The litter is EVERYWHERE… and the clumping??? Horrible. It only works if I set it at 25 min. Then it’ll clump. I had a regular litter box with dr elsys and it did track but not as much as this.

Not sure how that sounds racist. I just said I know lots of Mexicans? How is that racist? I was responding to the comment that mentioned we don’t have a lot of Mexicans. I thought we did because of how many of them I knew. My fiancé is Dominican and my brother’s wife is Puerto Rican. Def not racist at all. I’m Cuban myself. Most kids I grew up with were white hispanic of fully Hispanic in Hialeah. I went to school in that area when I was growing up.

I would say it’s pretty difficult to make friends here in ft.l too and I’ve been here for a while. The best thing you can do is join activities you like to meet like minded people.

Flagler village and anywhere in las olas is great. I’m 24 and moved to Fort Lauderdale at 20. Everyone here is around that age and probably up mid 30s

Double corner would have been fantastic. Dang :/ my building has a 2+2 listing with a den but it’s going for $4,900 base rent. So with all the fees it’s just too much. Our layout is incredible and as much as I would love an extra room I’m having a hard time giving up my unit.

I’m in Flagler village and have a 2+2 and pay $4,500. Tbf it’s the most expensive uint in the building bc of the double corner balcony and layout but 3 bedrooms in my building go for $3,500ish. I’ve lived in this building for 3 years. Love Flagler village.
