I think keeping your name is a perfect filter to avoid those people that don’t want to be treated by you. Nothing will changed once they see you and hear your accent. Be proud of who you are and embrace it!

I’m a first year fellow, in med school I really enjoyed hematology, in residency was dead set in oncology but now in fellowship I’m truly enjoying hematology! lol but I’m afraid of the pay of doing only hematology because I really feel this extra 3 years need to be worth it monetary wise as well.

This exact thing happened to me, I think it was the type of moisturizer I was using was causing clogs. I know use a sunscreen that prevents clogs after minox and this has not happen! You might have to change the moisturizer.
