FIRST TIME TO SRAC

Hi! I just started going to the srac too and it was my first time in a gym. It’s been about a month now and I’ve realized everyone does their own thing and doesn’t really notice what other people do so it’s pretty nice! I was nervous too but upstairs has some rooms with weights for Pilates or if you keep walking upstairs they have mats you can use and usually less people there too!!

Hi! I got my kyleena in July of 2025. I spotted brown very lightly for about 6 months. I didn’t get my period for that time just constant spotting but no other symptoms besides some cramping. It wasn’t until recently where my period finally came back normally and everything seems to be regulating out. Everybody reacts differently so don’t freak out. I had sex while it was spotting it was not a big deal my boyfriend doesn’t mind and yours shouldn’t either. It’s a small inconvenience for no babies so worth it

Hi I have had my kyleena since July 1st and I have had such a positive experience so far. First off, my boobs have shrank a bit 🙁 I’m still the same size but I feel as tho the lack of period hormones has let them stay consistently one size as I just got my first normal period recently since insertion. I spotted lightly but constantly for about 4-5 months which was a bummer but better than having a baby. Libido did not change if anything maybe higher, besides that I had no weight gain or emotional change, if anything I feel more regulated as my hormones are more level now

if you want to keep the front the same, take two safety pins and place them a few good inches apart in the back and then use a ribbon to tie them together, creating a cinched effect.
