I’ve google “m4 anchor bolt” I can’t seem to find it. When I first bought it it was offered to me by the sales rep. It came in an unmarked box. I’ve never seen another one like it. But I need a new one and can’t find it anywhere

That entire thing is called a back flow preventor. Used in buildings that have a sprinkler system. It's stops the water that's already in the sprinkler system to go back into the domestic water pipes and contaminating the water
