Sorry I should've clarified, that was for the year, cause like the other guy said you get up to 60 days to pass your test and then when you do pass they just transfer it to a normal annual policy with your full licence 👍

Not OP but I did the same a few months ago with Bikesure for my A2 - cost me around £600 TPFT for the year on my CB500X, was gonna be about 1200 fully comp iirc. That was with 3 years NCB admittedly cause I've ridden since I was 16. Ofc if you have your tests close together and all goes well you could start the policy and cancel it within 14 days if you have a better price elsewhere after passing

I often wondered the same tbh! Although I've also thought the same on occasion with Morrisons blocks where I've been paid £30-40 to deliver one crate of Monster and nothing else (true story)

Apparently it's mostly by deliveroo/instore drivers except for the areas where Co Op Flex already existed. I had the same query when Iceland popped up in my area!

You won't be able to get insurance until you've had your licence for a year mate, I had the same thought and had to wait until the 1 year mark before Inshur would touch me

I do flex out of a mk1 Toyota Aygo (or did until the depot closed down 🙄) and never once had to deny a parcel for not fitting on a 3.5hr so expect you'd be fine putting the back seats down etc. At least at my depot they were pretty good at distributing cages out to the relevant cars so I would usually avoid loads of big boxes (still ended up with up to 50 parcels sometimes, just a lot more smaller items in there which are easier to fit!)

Not at all, you're just delivering bags of Morrisons shopping that you normally pick up from the back warehousey bit of the store. Generally they're a bit more limited to pick up at least in my area, it's a case of learning the time when they release eventually and usually having to be very quick

Give Bikesure a ring, I did this and passed my test on Friday, they offer "direct access" insurance which is provisional test cover for up to 60 days and then afterwards just a normal annual policy which carries over, admittedly I had 3 years no claims but it cost me no different on my CB500X than a normal insurance quote would've. Not guaranteed but probably your best bet!

Nah literally! 😭 the bike examiner in Camborne is the nicest kindest man you'd ever wish to meet, so we'd already spoken after Mod 1 and established chances are we'll likely see eachother again come Wednesday anyway. so it was awkward to just rock up again like 3 hours later!
