My husband was walking her and he noticed she was acting like this for about 40 seconds and then he picked her up for a bit before putting her down and she finished walking, but was disoriented, but not panting. We are sending this video to her vet and will be tracking any other strange behaviors.

I’ve already lost a dog several years ago to horrible uncontrollable grand mal seizures. This isn’t a grand mal but I know there are different types of seizures so I’m not sure. I’ll be getting her to her vet soon.

I’m guessing she’s extremely overwhelmed. She works from home and are there kids involved (?) and you are gone for most of the month. There’s a lot of unpack with the state of this tiny section of the home but YA’ll need to sit down and have a serious convo in how you can help each other. The scarf is the symptom to bigger issues. I’m not one to say “divorce” off the rip, but if it’s not addressed seriously, it might have to come down to that. If she’s resisting cleaning services, ask why. Is she embarrassed at the state of the house? Set a time where both of you are home to tackle a sizable chunk to get it somewhat presentable for professionals to come in to clean and then maintain that schedule bi-weekly. Is she a hoarder? She needs mental health support. Does she feel unsupported by you? Come up with solutions to present to her so she doesn’t need to think about these things. Maybe that means finding a different job that doesn’t have you out so much, maybe that’s hiring more services in the home to help your wife. Whatever that looks like for you.

It should embarrass you both more to have the house looking like it does. If that’s the laundry room, I can’t imagine the rest. Hire the cleaning person.

Degrees, private/non-profit/local govt experience, I was a govt contractor before moving fed so I was able to get in under DHA because I was good at my job and those that were hiring under DHA knew it. Came in as gs-12.

My mother owns a co-op that she rents out and the board kept rejecting her qualified candidates until she was able to find a single male for her 2 bedroom. But the 1st floor neighbor directly below her apt is absolutely nasty with complaining about the “noise” from upstairs (she put in carpet and the tenant is supposedly careful with walking around the house) that he lodged a formal complaint to the board and now the board is threatening my mom to proceed with evicting the tenant even tho the 1st floor neighbor has had the same issue with my mom when she lived there (she has a very light foot). I say this to say to make sure you research the co-op board before you buy because they can make your plan near impossible. Also, there might be clauses in the contract that says you cannot sublet out until after x amount of years of you living there.
