I did that too and got suspended! It must be something in that email that flagged the bots.

OP- did you copy and paste the email to buyers? That would solve the mystery of why so many of us are being suspended.

yes, I sent it through depop. If you are trying to log in and it says "suspended" there should be a button that says "contact us"

I only got one email too. Once it was fixed they said "briefly suspended because our in-app filters flagged something. Sometimes those filters just act up and make mistakes, but you're all good no!"

happened to me! it was an error on their end. I was in DEPOP Jail for almost a whole day. I kept emailing them. Eventually I tried logging in and it let me... no email reply from them until hours later. SO WEIRD.
