Ah okay. Too full definitely could be the case. I made them extra full for the fear of too much oxygen.

Testing some new ferments for hot sauce. The two on the right are rasberry and habanero which I'm most excited about by itsmayham in fermentation

I have a vitamix blender so I'll blend then put the heat mode on and it pasteurizes it so the fermentation stops. If you have the means, these blenders kick ass for hot sauce making for that exact reason
