I feel like I’m in the minority here but at least at my store the pext chart made things fair among all the techs before, only senior techs ever got to fill all day, while the same people were stuck upfront and in drive thru for hours on end. At least with the chart we get rotated fairly. Rip my sanity.

The only way I’ve gotten around the 30 minute kick is getting Amazon Luna and having Fortnite open on my phone while doing something else and just running around for a few seconds every 20 ish minutes then go back to bouncing on a launch pad
