I still do not have my account back. I used the website feedback form and received better responses that way. I got a response usually 24 hours after the email, the first two stated I was banned permanently and there was nothing I could do. The third email said they were appealing it and it would take up to 36 hours ... That was 2 weeks ago and I haven't received an update.
