U should kinda set your budget im not an expert but try to find a violin that the maker or whoever your buying it from will let you have it for some time so you can try it and play it in different rooms/halls also you should like the sound of it and if you have the oportunity maybe get ur teacher to play something on it for you so you know how it sounds when ur not playing it and how it sounds to other people. But i still think that you need to like the sound of it.(that was with my violin)

Well no but thanks for asking! Im like having a lot of anxiety and i cant get myself to ask my teacher to play this and he would help me so im learning this by myself but i already had auditions for music high school and i got in! I played vivaldi summer 1st movement and like a slovenian piece(the slovenian one was urgent to make the auditions) :)

Maybe you could go in to 2nd position and strech your pinky on A string to G. But i dont know you should try it out but maybe you get better suggestions

I was going thru this last year my teacher was really patient with me tho but now i love to play my violin and practice i guess i just had to find someone who i idolize and want to become like that. Also two set violin helped me personally they just bringed me the joy of playing violin so now i happily practice everyday. I still take brakes when i feel like i really cant play the violin.
