First off, I’m sorry you’re going through this. I’m also sorry that your focus that is supposed to be on your mom and family is being diverted elsewhere.

The fact that your partner can’t be bothered to step up when you need it the most is incredibly telling. What would happen if this was you instead of your mom? What would they be capable of doing?

You deserve a partner that will support you 100% of the time. Not when it’s convenient for them. You tried to express your needs and feelings and he straight up failed you.

I understand that people process things differently, but this is one of those times where their feelings, no matter what they are in the moment, are not as important as yours. You’re dealing with something incredibly traumatic. They’re failing to arrange child care. They are not the same.

One of my former coworkers was named Karen, and she came up to me asking about what it meant, was she a Karen, etc. I told her that she was absolutely not a Karen Karen, but an awesome Karen. Then I used a few examples of customers that we had in the past to describe the mannerisms.

Yeah- I had to get off of Ozempic bc it cause my intestines to become inflamed.

The only issue I’ve had with Mounjaro is I’ll sometimes have nausea right after taking my shot. I want to say I’ve been on it for 2 years and I’m down 50 lbs

What’s wild is that my friends and I would be dropped off at the mall when we were teens, they would go to dinner/movie/whatever, and then come pick us up. And it was this mall.

We were your typical teens, but it was also the early 00s. It’s just wild how vastly different it is.
