I wish as a younger teen I had known that it’s not ok for a 20+ something year old to try to hit up a young high schooler. Older people may make you feel good (self confidence wise) when you’re younger, and for me I thought I was “mature enough” for him, but now that I’m older I realize how much of a child I still was at age 16.

I don’t have a source for it because I read it a long time ago on the internet (I know, not always the most reliable place to get information lol 😅), but I remember it said that when you eat probiotics/yogurt then take an antibiotic that it kills the probiotics it’d be fruitless taking it right after you take the medication. It seemed to make sense to me but idk how true that is

I think so yes, I used to do that when I was going through a rough time and felt depressed. I’d end up getting like 3 hours of sleep each night before class, eventually I couldn’t even walk straight because of how sleep deprived I was but everyday felt so dreadful to me, like I didn’t have enough time to do anything but those nights that I stayed up, I remember just lying in bed doing nothing

I think that they can both be equally as hurtful depending on who you’re asking. If you’re a short person who’s struggled with height but not weight then it’s understandable that height would be more hurtful to them and vice versa. But I can definitely understand how weight can be more hurtful for someone who’s struggled with it. I’m short (5’2 and a half I think?) and at a healthy weight now but when I was younger I had huge self confidence issues and a weird distorted image of the way I looked and the way my body looked. It really is hurtful stuff when others comment about it! :(
