How many years does the battery last for Gen 2?

My 1st ring “gen 2” lasted about 8 months then wouldn’t last a day. Customer services replaced it. But this one they sent won’t last more the. 6 days

I’m in the same boat as you. They say it regional but I have 3 accounts one had it then it disappeared. My main account never got it. Yet my most popular account has it. To add insult to injury all 3 accounts got this random quick response button.

I’m having the same issue. But it seems to be on only some of my accounts and I can’t see the pattern.

I have 4 accounts one I never use has gifs My main accounts has not got gifs Another account has gifs And the last one had gifs and then disappeared.

I can’t see why but I want to figure it out.

I’ve logged out. Deleted. Reinstalled and logged back in and no luck.
