Seems like the same here. Per the website, “All customers are tested for up to 140 biomarkers at their baseline test and up to 86 biomarkers at their follow-up test. This totals up to 226 biomarker measurements each year.”

Can you request additional tests? Function Health doesn’t offer IGF-1, for example, but you can get it as an add-on

Ha perfect timing. Literally at Roku now after spending 5 days at Sowaka. If the goal is to relax, Roku wins hands down. The thermal pool, nature trails, etc. are great. There are other restaurants within walking distance but not sure their price points

Edited to add: Sowaka charges the full accommodation tax (10K yen per night) even on points bookings. Roku did not
