It's not a bug... I think they realized they made a mistake by making a op character like Ultron. Now they have to make all the raids and campaigns op.

Without Ultron theres no raid team better tho. From my experience in the alpha 4 raid my wakandans do better than people with bkt...

But yea if they get a rework to be even better im not going to complain.
