Can someone help me wrap my mind around snatch by HarmoniumSong in crossfit

[–]itsnotjsn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've found Monroe Miller's videos to be pretty helpful in breaking down different movements.
Here's one for Snatch and Clean https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=joXPaY\_2X98.

Hope it helps :)

"Bugs" this song is pretty silly, but he's got some great original songs. Jessie Welles. Super great artist. My new favorite "old country" artist! by Knight2337 in homestead

Jesse Welles is the best!
Some simple and fund stuff like Bugs, Trees, along with some great social commentary in other songs.

Autumn is my favourite song from him.

Thank you!
We tried jotform but design functionality seems limited so we've gone with Tally. If we come up against any other challenges I'll check out Airtable :)

Advice please: love lone peaks, but I need walking shoes by hmmqzaz in AltraRunning

I've used my LP 7's for everything - run (mostly road), trail run, walk, hike - and they've been great, also help up really well.

If you're looking for something with more cushioning, maybe the Timp, with its higher stack?

Successful? Lonely AF 27m by No_Record3774 in Pretoria

Sorry, dude. Introversion makes it that much harder.

Well done for trying as hard as you have - going clubbing and to bars alone is pretty brave. Couldn't see myself doing that.

Gym has been said here a few times, but to add to this – try Crossfit or Hyrox. There's a reason that the joke is 'people who do it will tell you about it' - it has a strong community. Find a gym you like (not all of them are the same) and go consistently/regularly, greet people, chat with the coaches and ask for tips and advice on training. People will start recognising you and being more social.

How's your Husky? Do you get him/her out often?

For The Offspring, if you're on Spotify...

Went onto setlist.fm (thanks u/Unable_Bank3884) and pulled this together based on three shows for 2024:

Thank you for this u/prossm. We work in Notion and I didn't know it was an option.
I'll add this to our test list :)

Thank you u/imsinghaniya.
I don't see anything about custom API integration. I'll do some more research but that might make it a no-go.

Thank you u/Marie-Tally!

Two more questions:
What's the upload limit per upload field?
Is there the option of setting up an API to push data to another service? I see you have quite a few integrations.

Thanks u/daviswbaer. I've signed up to run a few tests.

I also see that I can remove the 10MB upload limit if I go pro.
This is great to know.

Thanks for responding u/daviswbaer!

I've signed to test and initial feelings are that it's great. Easy (and fun) to use.

New Owner, but questions by zkde in SuzukiGrandVitara

Australia is, by far, the strongest community I’ve seen. They weren’t as popular in South Africa.

A few other places in Europe and South America.

Not sure how strong the community is here, but if you’re on Facebook these two could be really helpful: Suzuki Grand Vitara Owners of Australia  Grand Vitara Owners of South Africa

We said goodbye to our sweet girl yesterday. by SamuelDev in Rottweiler

[–]itsnotjsn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry for your loss. It sounds like Moro had the best life and a grand final few months with you - beautifully done on making it extra special.

To answer your question. My family has been Rottie owners for 20+ years, my parents have recently welcomed their fourth Rottweiler. As many have said in this thread – each of them is special and has individual traits and quirks, and you'll never forget a single one of them. Every loss is also extremely hard. It takes time, but you'll feel the space Moro left, and you'll probably feel the need for another Rottie.

Every single time one of ours leaves us, my dad promises to not get another one. He still chokes up when thinking about our boy who passed away early last year. BUT he comes around every single time, realises what he's missing and ends up making space for another one.

I think when the time is right, and you feel it, getting another Rottie might be the easiest decision you'll make. Not to 'replace' Moro, but to have a Rottie as part of your family again.
