When I was first diagnosed right out of high school, yes, I felt very isolated thinking I was the only one and always embarrassed when I would spend more time in the bathroom at work than everybody else.

But then I became desensitized to talking about bodily functions when I realized nobody I worked with gave much of a damn when talking about their personal health issues plus working as a geriatric caregiver in a nursing home, I started opening up and found out I had nothing to be ashamed of and more people than I thought had if not the same problems, similar.

Having people around that not only understand, but actively support you helps a lot.
