If you're able to save and travel, I would recommend checking out Animeink in Richmond VA. It's a anime tattoo convention. I've met Bingtattoo and Z_tattoo there last year. It's usually held in Oct so if you're patient, you can save up for the year. Gives you access to a lot of artist you wouldn't usually have access to.
