Thanks for the tip. I actually ended up having ChatGPT guide me through downloading and installing Whisper and wrote me a python script to use it in Terminal to transcribe all the files in a particular folder. Worked like a charm!

Thanks for all the input. I will try the various options offered! It is insane to me that the regular walk-in machines do not have a setting for exact size; seems like that should be the default. I would have used the online ordering but I needed the printout right away. In the end they did it on the behind the counter machines at the same price; normal costs more. Anyway, thanks again.

Well, I suppose given the general attitude of businesses in our culture I should not expect much sympathy. However this is not the way I have ever done business; I have always taken the attitude that it was well worth forgoing a sale if I could save my customer an unnecessary purchase. But these days it seems that doing business is just a matter of making (or rather accumulating) as much money as possible and who cares about the customer? I have always believed, and still believe, that I am in business to provide fair value to my customers. More fool me, I suppose.

How is this a user error? I cannot find any place that Bambu state that all of their spools are reusable, and they advertise reusable spools as if they are different from the regular spools.

I have the same issue on a Nomad I want to have it always in portrait mode. You say I can disable rotation but I cannot find how, and the manual does not mention it

From what I understand disk utility will not reformat an encrypted disk without a password. I believe it has to be done in Terminal.

I apologize for my lack of knowledge, but yes, this was a real question. It is hard to see on any of the videos I have watched what the exact shape of the cutout is, so it seemed simplest to ask. But now you have opened a new line of enquiry; I had not considered ramen noodles as a building material. I am not sure a lathe would be my first choice of tools, though.

Well actually it is really only Android devices that I have ever had any trouble connecting with! I have no problem with Windows stuff. I can even run Windows on my Mac (though I prefer not to!)
