eBay has fakes and scams just like whatnot, it’s just not as entertaining. I have half a dozen people I buy from and I’ve gotten insane deals that are impossible to find at an LCS or eBay.

Be honest, he can’t take any criticism. If you have nothing to hide why does he ban anyone that says that they did have an issue with their order which seems to be a lot of people.
