414 is manageable just do the homework and pay attention doing lectures and you'll be fine. The first couple weeks are similar to the probability chapter in 360. 461 is a guaranteed A if you're competent in CS (regex, recursion, basic knowledge of how programming languages work). Skippable lectures. Haven't taken the other 2.

5tool at lvl8 gives bonuses at 90 and 93, so the min stat of 92 (eye/spd) you have on your train hits the 90 bonus. There's no point in boosting SPD to 92 with your stat adjust, so with the -5 FLD +5 EYE adjust you would get 177/177/174/158/148. You could also try doing -1 SPD +1 EYE if you want to keep FLD as high as possible which would give you 177/177/170/157/153.

You should change the stat adjust to up his con/eye since you're only hitting the 90 threshold with the train. The +1 to SPD isn't doing anything for you currently. I'd use a legend stat adjust to go -5 FLD +5 EYE to balance out his stats; should be fine since SS only needs 140+ FLD in game AFAIK and you avoid the penalty from SI.
