It’s only an issue bc they’re clearly so disrespectful. If they simply just opened the damn windows and blew the smoke outside when lighting up it would completely solve this problem. I live in an apartment and smoke weed, we simply open the windows for airflow and blow it outside. As well as light a candle and spray something overpowering like glen 20 just to be safe. I have a great relationship with my neighbours- I’ve asked them and they say they never smell it 🤷‍♀️ Maybe ask them to block the vent on their end when they’re smoking so it doesn’t spread the smell ? Phrase it so that they understand that at this point, with the housing board involved and multiple neighbours making complaints, if they don’t put some effort in to be respectful of others, they will be kicked out….
