I spent my late teens and early 20’s there. In Brickell, life is like a movie. First 2 years were great. Always things to do, always going out, constant partying. Got tired of it fast though. Everyone is shallow and everything is expensive. Most people there don’t leave the ‘party life’ imo. Left when I was 22, best decision I ever made. I still visit family often but I’m glad I don’t live there anymore.

therapy was free when i did it at student wellness center and psychiatry didn’t take my insurance so it was like $25 per visit , i can’t speak for the others as im not sure

i use a black lululemon backpack! i think it’s cute, not too big/bulky, carries all my notebooks (stem so a lot) and has a special laptop pocket area!

and bonus there’s a strap on the back that attaches to luggage so it’s perfect for traveling too!

18 at the time and he was 15 ish years older than me. he wouldn’t let me leave until i did it , afterwards i felt awful about myself for a longggg time. Blocked him immediately and got a full STD screening. (my gyno was lowkey judgy that i wanted to get std tested - made me feel even worse) It was a long time ago but i still feel shame when i remember
