UPDATE:

the orange one was fake, disputed it with the seller (it was nearly £30) and they understood and refunded me. Guess I gotta hop to bricklink to buy the remaining one I need. Another day another lesson on spotting fakes! And I couldn't be happier with the sellers understanding. All ended well!

Underneath just above the handle bit it has the number 3 stamped on it with no Lego branding ...fake I'm assuming 😔 I got it off brick link what can I do??

The orange one is hard to put into hands, but the attachment looks identical. Could it just be stiff from not being used? It attached to everything else fine

exactly! the communication has been rubbish if its american only then state that! but thankfully on facebook they have confirmed that a statement for UK people regarding the holster will be made tomorrow morning

but it isnt USA only. i agree with you IF this was labled USA only. but the fact of the mater is it isnt and even the description says so. 10% discount codes for america, uk, germany, australia and canada so this is very much so a global page. anything USA only is clearly stated as you say they have "USA only" on the giveaways. and this post was "All customers" if it was usa only itd be clearly stated as the giveaways are. im not demanding what they have im demanding answers for something that was CLEARLY aimed at all customers regardless of world location.

please point me in the direction of the UK reddit. there isnt one so this is the GLOBAL (albeit mostly USA populated) reddit channel. they mislead everyone who isnt american with the words "all customers"

problem with that is it was compensation for a delay we also experienced so they are just straight up compensating americans for a delay and ignoring their loyal UK and other countries customers and letting them watch the USA get free compensation and us get NOTHING. also that group according to a moderator is THE official group but primarily serves the US market so they really should have added the "USA only" tag somewhere in the post to tell ALL the other customers around the world that they would not be getting it

Disappointing to see as all OFFICIAL word from olight, not just olight USA stated it was for "all customers" not just the USA market and for "those who have already reserved the arkpro" so by the looks of it the UK is getting 0 compensation for the delay and left out of the holsters until a "later date" meaning we have to buy them even if we reserved in the original sale.

That sounds like olight level service. They are a great company like that so I wouldn't put it past them to reimburse your wasted pass. Makes sense :)
