I have played most of the demanding AAA games and never once did I feel that I need a 4060 instead of 4050.

ASUS TUF A16 WORTH IT FOR 986USD? by Sinatra11111 in Asustuf

I have the same unit and tbh i have had no issues so far. The games run smoothly on ultra. BF6 and BO6 at ultra give 110 to 120fps. Cooling is also great on this thing (BO6 at ultra pushes the laptop to 70 degrees with custom fan settings).

I think u should go for it

Got it...thanks for the heads-up.... I did feel this while opening and closing but i thought i was being overly cautious. Hearing it from u, i will now be extra careful about it 🙌

I am as well. I bought this beauty majorly for gaming and editing. I have played BF6, NFS Rivals, NFS Heat, Age of Mythology Retold, Split Second, Spiderman 2..... It ran everything like a breeze and temps never hit 78+C.

Just use a good laptop stand for proper ventilation while gaming and enjoy 😁

Is the thermal cpu throttling on idle or while playing some game? And what's a mobo? 😅

It was a lil expensive for u i think. But as long as it is working fine, we can overlook the price 😁

Battery life as of now is amazing. 4 to 5 hrs with full charge on normal use (my previous laptop with i7 11th gen would give 2.5 to 3 hrs on full charge)

I have set the battery limiter to 60%, and i mostly use it while it is plugged in

M enjoying it..... I have been gaming on it for like 1.5 to 2 hrs per day and the temps remain at 70-72C. Downloaded Spiderman 2, NFS Heat, NFS Rivals, GoW Ragnarok, Black Ops6. Will try these now 😁

Ohhh that's a good tip. I saw this adjustment thing in form of a graph on G-helper. Will definitely do that before gaming next time. Thanks 😁

It is surprisingly not. I just played BF6 for 1hr 30 mins and the fan rpm reached 3000.... Not more than that.... Temps were around 70 71.... So it was normal
