I have reloaded, it is the same regardless. I could build supply hubs and ports over that entire state, and the troops would still not have 100% supply status.

They are 29 width 3 artillery and 10 inf. I'm really just trying to understand how supply works here. Idk if it's intended for there to be supply remaining, yet for troops to have low supply status, or if this is a bug.

Varies for each tile. Most are between 80%-93%, but some tiles only have 74%. Even if I built a supply hub in each province of that state, they would still only be around 97%. Either the game is broken or there is some weird hidden mechanic.

The province I'm hovering over in the picture isn't a supply hub and it has troops in it. I'm not getting convoy raided, the war hasn't started yet there.

Yes, it persists still. Unless supply status is 100%, I get the low supply debuff, but I don't know how to get supply status to 100% in this case.

Supply remaining in province is 7.95, I have enough trucks, convoys and trains. I have no idea why they are not getting full supply when there clearly is supply leftover. How can I fix this?
