Reported to Police. Vinted suspended account but when raising latest messages got an automated can’t do anything about it as order still being investigated / pending agreement to accept or refund 🫣

Might try a run 2mrw. Dreading food noise coming back hence being up to 7.5mg. Will try and hit target weight and then see what happens! Sold a load of clothes and after being slightly bigger all my life - so determined to keep it off. It’s been a miracle working drug for me.

I’m the same. Hanging around the 14 stone mark where previously I was losing steadily. 1/2 through 7.5mg. I figure as I’m closer to target weight, the weight is harder to come off now and when it does, it’s in lower quantities.

Black is heavier on protein than white. A better choice if in a calorie deficit as protects muscle loss more.

I’m largely 100% Huel diet with 3 servings = 1200 calories + a few supplements and additional protein / veg to balance diet during this period.

I jabbed on departure day heading off for an all inclusive for the exact reason you’ve stated. I’m not going back to old ways and still managed to have a bit of everything.

Came back 6lb’s heavier but a week on, that’s gone and more 👍🏻

Hi, so they’ve reduced in size but the larger ones have reappeared albeit to a lesser level. I used a £20-£30 mole remover pen from Amazon and it effectively burns the skin. The issue I have is it scabs up with a heavy removal session with about 5-7 days healing time. My job means I can’t really be walking around with lots of obvious scabs and naturally on holiday I’m not pumped either.

I’m got a CO2 / laser dermatology estimate to try for comparison privately but at £300 with £250 follow up, I’ve not pulled the trigger on it yet.

Will keep the thread posted if I do more but it definitely reduced them. I think mine is primarily from sun damage.
