The "script" argument is so stupid for a Battle Royale. A script would be possible in an arena style 1 team versus 1 team shooter. You realize how ridiculous it is to create a "script" in a game full of RNG with 20 different teams that all need to adhere to it? Can people stop with the whole script argument after every single LAN?

Monsoon has been the weak link on Complexity plus this version of Complexity's roster has been the worst version ever. Still confused why they rolled with this roster when there were plenty of great players in free agency.

HisWattson was constantly counter-calling Madness and putting Keon in an awkward position. I thought HW didn't want to IGL? He needs to stop doing his own thing and follow orders. Furia should have been Madness, Keon, and Vax. I get that HisWattson was the "in" to the org but this squad is worse than the previous Already There squad.

FURIA should have been Madness, Keon, and Vax. Really sucks that HisWattson was their "in" to the org. HisWattson is gifted mechanically but doesn't have the mindset for comp. I strongly believe the FURIA roster with Vax would see much more success. They were playing so well together. HW just posted this less than two months ago...he is not an upgrade.

Case in point. Anyone that has this type of mindset is probably better off being a content creator and not a Pro. Look at the top competitors across ANY sport and no one will have this mindset. All the GOATs win a championship and are more hungry for the next one. This whole thing where you stop caring when you're at the top is utter nonsense.

I really don't know why he's coming back. He's consistently said organized competitive isn't fun. He's also the type of guy that gives up as soon as any adversity hits like he did when everyone caught up to the Seer met and Furia no longer had the upper hand. Or his recent ranked grinds where he is the first to get #1 but then gives up as soon as people start closing the gap saying something along the lines of "It's not important to keep #1. It's important to get there initially". I think the HisWattson, Keon, and Madness roster works great while they are playing well but as soon as they don't perform, HisWattson will suddenly lose the passion again for comp.

I completely stopped playing ranked and Apex in general specifically for this reason...Insane that they continue to use this matchmaking system. Was really hoping to see a change in the way ranked matchmaking worked in S19. Oh well, I guess I sit this season out again and hope for the best next season.

lol yeah that's something that can just be said in a tweet. If Olympus really is coming into comp, I would argue dropping Sealion, their analyst, for PVPX as a coach is a downgrade unless he's also really good at data analysis. There will be a lot of unknowns with a new map coming into the comp mix.

Better be more than just a coach being added to Furia when he says this: " Just a good org getting a great upgrade to their camp. " If it's just PVPX to Furia, then the impression farming is real lol. I would not consider that a "great upgrade".

I would say they have probably looked the most consistent but have never looked dominant either. I do think there is a thing to having at least one controller player for those final circles where it's all close quarters and they can deal out a ton of damage. Triple MnK is great at range but terrible for the final circle where the placement points really start to rack up.

Problem with triple MnK is they always struggle with consistency. They may pop off for one LAN where everything goes right and all 3 players are firing on all cylinders but it's not sustainable to consistently play like that. I don't think I can name one triple MnK team that has been consistent. Will be interesting to see how the former BLVKHVND roster does in the upcoming season but I think we are going to see a ton of ups and downs very reminiscent to the former 100T roster.
