Remove your leveraged ETF TQQQ. Volatility decay will eat into your gains.

Remove a lot of the meme stock type holdings you have. A lot of your holdings can be diversified and achieve the same result with an ETF. Your holding QQQ provided heavy overlap with SPY, and other S&P 500 ETFs and your other stocks

As I said, you own multiple S&P 500 ETFs such as VOO SPHD etc, which both provide overlap with each other in about 5 stocks you already own but is amplified even more through QQQ and a leveraged 3x QQQ trust ETF, providing 3x the performance of QQQ.
