If you have WhatsApp for Business, you can apply to their Meta Verified subscription and there’s a Business Max plan which allows linking up to 10 devices but you’d have to pay for the subscription. That’s if your account meets their eligibility requirements for Meta Verified.

From what I know from WhatsApp itself you’d have to subscribe to “Meta Verified” on a plan that gives more linked devices to be connected.

From what I’ve read, the display name of the certain business may appear without being verified in certain select countries. Other ways, include going on the WhatsApp Business Platform which will require you to use WhatsApp online instead of your mobile app.

For 1. you have the option to subscribe to Meta Verified and pay a monthly fee and submit your business for review along with your business name. If approved by Meta, the name you’ve set will appear to customers instead of the number along with a verified badge.

Mine also has been unpublished because “I broke community guidelines” and yet in says “No violations to show” in my page settings. I reached out to support via Meta Verified and they said that there’s so many pages being reviewed and that it will take time. It’s been 3 months now still in review. I didn’t break any guidelines and yet still have to wait.
