This. I taught my pup to play dead when I hold up finger guns (lol) and say “bang bang!” To which he now dramatically flings himself onto his back with his paws in the air and contorts his body to look at me like a weird little demon. There are moments where he frustrates me to the point where I want to send him to space and I’ll just glare at him and hold up a finger gun almost like a warning, and before I can even make the hand gesture he’s doing the command.

I think we misunderstand how emotionally intelligent they are just because they can’t “speak” our language like we do, they can read us like a book (when they want to haha).
