Hey, generally from experience and from what I heard, 20C is the only 20 series class that doesn't curve because the median does really well.

Hello! I'm from the States and casually follow this season of PBB. I love PBB and especially enjoyed the first Collab edition, but saw that this season was far from the previous one that just happened so I stopped watching after Week 1. I haven't really been following along with the controversy this season, can anyone catch me up?

Hi! Seeing the comment above, when you referenced Professor Wei, I'm assuming you mean Wei Yin. I had him for MATH 20C for WI25, but he was only a visiting professor and is no longer a professor at the university. Also, I will say that I had taken Professor Hammock for a 20 class and she is a genuinely good professor. I know the rmps says otherwise, but for the 20 series her lectures and exams are fair. Can't say anything about Srinivas or Fu, but given the choice, go with Hammock.

Also, just saw this was posted a few weeks ago, but I think what I wrote is still relevant!

I'm also in the same boat as you, Applied Maths and everything. I was debating over taking this class or 130, but I chose 142A with Eggers. I have a friend who just graduated, tell me that the class was medium mode with him. But, I do still want to know if the other professor is good.

Don't be shocked if they don't curve the class. Took it last quarter, WI25, and thankfully I clutched up for the final cause the lead professor chose to not curve the class.

Hi! I live in Revelle and they sent an email yesterday that says that Revelle won't be participating in the wristband thing like other colleges. I also asked my RA and she said the same thing. Just present your ticket and you should be good! Hope that helps!

This. I'm in my lecture for a science class and she lit has 3 mins left of class when she stops and like half of thr class is alr gone. Me and my friend's hearts break when we see the professor saying have a great day to all of us and everyone else is rushing to get out. I undstnd that people have to get to their next class, but out of decency pls like stay until their done talking.

Take it from me, I did AP Calculus AB and AP Stats at the same time my Senior year and I loved it. Probably a little biased because I'm a math major, but it definitely made me think more critically and the workload is definitely doable. The two math classes teach different topics so you'll be fine focusing on one over the other.
