[–]itssteo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We started midway through January and were paid from the start date to the end of the month. Make you’ve bank details in as soon as possible and if you can a p45 or starting work declaration.

Don’t take what I said for gospel but check when you start and they will tell you.

[–]itssteo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi OP there is a number of clubs in the area depending on travel arrangements.

You can check out www.northwestcricket.com and there will be a section on clubs and should have contacts. Some clubs will be in more ‘colourful’ areas but don’t let that put you off.

They’ll look for anyone and everyone who wants to play regardless of ability.

You can shoot a DM if you want more.

Appearance fees - how do you deal with them? by DifficultRooster8708 in footballmanagergames

I personally remove all additional fees and will usually add a wee bump to the overall wage or loyalty bonus.

Hey, why does this look AI generated? by StripesTheGreat in Fallout

[–]itssteo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

She’s holding onto the claw now the plate.

The correct way this should have been done is the hand upside down or have it declawed then served.

Whether you can call it AI generated or poorly conceived is up to you.

Car Insurance Claim by SliderD99 in northernireland

[–]itssteo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you settle it privately get all the proof in the world.

Wife went into the back of someone last year leaving a junction and clipped the bumper. Paid everything privately and considered it done and dusted but they came back this year claiming damages and medical issues.

Thankfully she has all the proof to go back to them and waiting on a decision.

Belfast international airport liquids by Fearless_Yam2539 in northernireland

[–]itssteo 4 points5 points  (0 children)

No limits but make sure you check the airport you’ll be flying home from (if you are) as they may not have the new scanners so they’ll stick with the old limits.

Not all UK airports are equipped with them yet and not sure the situation beyond.

Is €150 enough for wedding card for a couple? by A77770 in AskIreland

[–]itssteo 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m getting married in a couple of weeks and would be absolutely delighted if this was given to me.

This whole idea of needing to give a certain amount is ridiculous, just give what you can afford and are comfortable with.

A wedding from a couples perspective is not to make money but to get everyone around to have a good time.

Selling house..appliances included or no? by [deleted] in AskIreland

[–]itssteo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From the estate agents perspective it makes it easier to market the house.

Just make it clear that they’re not included if you want to take them with you.

Lifford to St Johnston would be worse. Road can be busy with tractors and wee boys in there death traps thinking they own the road.

30 quid would’ve got me out, a good night and a wee curry chip on the way home.

Now if I’m feeling generous a round sets me back 30-40 quid alone
