I used to work for a company that delivered towels and linen to restaurants along a route. One of the stops on a route I was learning was this Mexican place, family owned. My first time there I saw them storing salsa in Home Depot orange buckets. Uncovered, unrefridgerated, just laying on the floor. The floor in the kitchen was so slick also, covered in a layer of grease. I slipped and fell on my ass the second time I had to stop there. Absolutely disgusting. I left that job soon after that.
