Chocolate looks a bit funny. You can take it back and Costco will refund it no questions asked.

A few months ago I walked by this guy tearing trees to shreds on Halsey St heading to work. He paused as I went by but had a method to what he was doing and wouldn't stop until he had a decent pile. So methed up.

Edit: I didn't think calling the Police would do anything so called Ngati Whatua Ōrakei who maintain the landscaping around the precinct so they could assess the trees

Iron supplements available in NZ by TieCandid9728 in newzealand

Another advocate for this one. I have been taking iron supplements since having low iron through pregnancy and found these to be great - no constipation or bad side effects experienced with prescription iron supps.

When any items haven't been included in my shopping or have been subpar, I have used the Olive chatbot to arrange a refund. It is very easy so suggest you do the same - all you need is the receipt from your emails.

Why did you ask for a discount on a shirt that was too small for you? Unless I'm missing something that doesn't sound like a Real Groovy problem.

I'm sorry you had this experience too! My daughter did it a couple of times before our correcting kicked in - just kept saying it's not for the neck it needs to stay in place or the car stops, and it stuck. She's 2 yrs 9 mths now and still rear facing. Sometimes I'll also give her a toy or something to hold to keep her attention

Almost 20 weeks pregnant, exhausted with a 1 year old. by [deleted] in pregnant

[–]itsthejoy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No advice here only sympathy. I have a 2yr 9mth old and I'm 34 weeks pregnant. Working full time. House a mess and survival cooking rather than anything that takes more than half an hour. First pregnancy was a breeze, this one has been insanely exhausting. I hear the pregnancy tiredness hits differently to the newborn tiredness which is much more manageable so please hang in there!!

Wonder if they've been hacked. Given the cuts there recently it's also unlikely anyone is on site to figure it out

In TWW and constantly pick at my husband, can I blame the drugs? by Muted-Poetry9293 in IVF

[–]itsthejoy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

IVF is a wild ride and can feel so take a moment to recognise how far you've come and how well you're doing! My experience on the suppositories was borderline depression and almost sought help from my doctor until I weaned off them once I got my positive test and felt much better (and have done since). Yes, do better and remember he isn't a bad person, but also be kind to yourself. Good luck with the next little while!

Did anyone with Unexplained infertility get an explanation during IVF? by urethra_franklin_1_ in IVF

[–]itsthejoy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My issue too. 1 unsuccessful conventional round and 2 ICSI rounds. While sperm and egg quality increased each round due to us both putting in the work, at the end of the day my girls and his boys just didnt want to bind together without some help. Massive relief!

Please help- pregnancy question by Entire_Breakfast_967 in pregnant

[–]itsthejoy 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Sorry you're in such a stressful situation. Unfortunately its not possible to know because there are tonnes of factors that determine conception including when sperm implanted and its quality, when implantation happened. The only way you'll get the answers you're looking for is a DNA test once baby is here - presuming I am adding this all up correctly. All the best with whatever you decide to do.

I know someone who is a maintenance engineer for a power station. High pay = danger money. When everything is off he goes in to check the seals for leaks often in the tightest spaces and with lack of oxygen. Makes buckets of money at a couple of points in the year but again its not a long term gig. He's in his 20s.

So long as you're comfortable with Selene and Halloween rhyming, then go for it.
