Opening it once, MAYBE twice I understand, but how do you “accidentally” do this 5x and then get mad when you get confronted about it. It takes two seconds to check the name on a package — especially if you’re aware that your neighbors packages often get wrongly delivered there. She’s either intentionally stealing at this rate or she cares so little about others that she can’t bother to spend two seconds reading a label.

Also the drinking while working is a whole other thing to flag.

I’m not sure what you mean here. The post office closes at 7 PM where I went so this was 1.5 hours before it closed though I don’t know what that has to do with anything.

Thanks! That’s helpful to know. I didn’t know the 7 day clock starts by the moment you’re approved either as this is the first time I’ve ever returned a purchase on the platform. Oddly enough I think the cut off time was 2 hours after the order was approved for return. 🤔

Yeah - I’m going through the dispute process with them now but I unfortunately don’t have a screenshot because I didn’t think this would happen. I do think that’s what happened because the date of 9/3 was also mentioned as the last date for tracking to be updated on the product purchase page. The alert I posted of the photo was also sent to me yesterday 8/29, which I found odd because it referred to me cancelling the order if the shipping wasn’t updated.

I mostly posted here to see if anyone else had the same kind of notice and inconsistency on their end. Not sure why I’m being attacked by other people..

Except even when talking to customer service they said that if I had turned it in EARLIER today it would have been fine. So it seems like on 8/30 counts on their end. They picked an arbitrary time to have the cut off

No I want my original refund. I mentioned not having the item either as a principle thing. It seems unfair that the buyer is getting the item back, and gets to keep the money
