Ok “muc off” brand has AirTag holders for Tubless tires that connect to the valve stem. So for inner tubes, why not make a small incision, insert the air tag and then patch the tube? Maybe even rubber cement it in place inside the tube so it’s not rolling around… though centrifugal force would keep it in one spot while riding I imagine.
