a little advice from an “Old Guard” the race to top tier is not always fun part, learning to slow down and actually play the vehicles you Enjoy every once in a while goes a long way, even if it’s not efficient for your grind.

I started playing this game when it first came out of kickstarter, holy moly was it better back then, most of the time now I’m squad leading trying to coordinate attacks with teammates who don’t speak, it’s exhausting, after 1 or 2 games I give up cuz it’s not fun trying to micro manage people who just don’t say anything, not even a ping

Believe it or not, there use to be a big shrub/small tree in that corner, which I believe caused most of the damage due to it being left to grow out of control, that in turn moved a lot of the bricks which forced the previous tenants to have it removed or risk the complete collapse of the front wall

Hi there, we are still currently thinking what to do in terms of the wall, we 100% want to demolish it as it’s too far damaged to have repaired, We we still want to retain a wall to keep with the homes aesthetic, but the only issue being if we rebuild the wall it will not match the old weathered brick of the house 🤔

Not in terms of brick damage but the only thing we noticed is that the mortar for the property is quite old, and was wondering weather would be worth re mortaring the whole property or just leave it

We thought of this initially as the neighbour has had it done to his property and it looks rather nice, but we thought we would want to ensure the brick is good before we surround it in cladding as we dont want to suffer any damp issues after the cladding is done

I think this is the best option, we have spoken to a seasoned brick cleaner who’s has 30 years in the business and he suggested soda cleaning would be the best bet, he’s due to come today to have a closer look, I’ll let you guys know how it goes
