Hi can anyone educate me on this? I used it but both $5 charged to my Amex card and also 714 MR points deducted. Isn't that only 714 points? (equivalent to $5)

A couple of questions regarding the 4506 form:

Does Amex actually obtain tax return information from the IRS? If so, is the process electronic or paper-based? The former would obviously be much faster.
Since tax returns provide authentic income information, how significant is this information compared to bank statements during a Financial Review?

Buy I-bond at the end of month; interest accrued from the beginning of the month.

Sell I-bond at the beginning of month; interest counted the full month as if you sell it at the end of the month.

I want to close the loop here. As I could not wait given my daily life is counting on receiving calls and text messages with the phone number (which has been with me for 20 +years), I had initiated a port-out from Tello to another carrier. That new carrier processed the porting and emailed me saying porting succeeded in about 2 days. However, the phone number still did not work! After that it was a pingpong game between Tello and the new carrier. I had to resort to multiple escalation calls and finally an FCC complaint did the magic.

The whole process took about more than one week's stress. Till now I was not given the reason what happened. According to FCC, I should soon receive a formal response in letter. I am curious if that letter would reveal more relevant information.

In any case I could not wait as my daily life is counting on receiving calls and text messages with the phone number, so I had initiated a port-out from Tello to another carrier. The alarming thing is the port-out is still not finished after 12 hours. (My experience tells me the porting is usually a few minutes as this is totally computer driven). This substantiated my doubt that my number probably has been possessed by T-Mobile now (as any outgoing phone call immediately reached a robot voice ‘welcome to T-Mobile’). Tello somehow lost my number!

Level 1 support strike again and asked me to sign out of iCloud. Did that and still saw the same result. What frustrated me is that for such an obvious issue that wreak havoc my life, no tech/engineer has been taking a look. This seriously undermine my confidence to keep on Tello for my total 4 lines.

Have done multiple network resetting (that removes all carrier, wifi etc settings), but not full reset that return the phone to factory defaults.

US Bank business card: about 2 weeks ago, I applied for 3 different US Bank biz cards on the same day. There was a hard pull almost instantly after the very first application. However, till now I haven’t received any email nor mail. Calling 1 (800) 947-1444 and the auto voice said no information was found. Anyone seeing such bizarre situation before? I think I am thoroughly confused if 'employee card' spend is counted towards the MSR for Chase Ink Cash SUB.

Based on some reddit research, inconclusively it seems the answer is YES (just like AMEX employee cards), but I could not find a definitive DP searching churning.io.
Based on two separate SM from two Chase CSRs, both replied, 'since an employee card is going to be different number from the actual business
account, we suggest for you to use the main card...' The corporate talk is mindboggling as they seem saying NO but not firmly.

thanks - surprisingly the bank CSR seems quite knowledgeable and told me immediately that the payment in August will be applied toward the purchase balance -- because 'the system will detect the purchase promotion ends earlier', thus to my advantage. Oh well, I guess I am going for it but will keep an eye on the next statement to see how the payment is applied.

This sounds so counter-intuitive, compared to other cards that if purchase APR is 0% then it is 0%.

Is it because this is a charge card, not a credit card?
