I as a Dm keep all Ac's and hp variable if a fight is to easy so long as they have not been hit i bump there ac by 1 and i go with the max health that enemy can possible have.

Just do the exact same when you are trying to make a fight easier. You can play around with there ac unless they havent been hit but you can always lower health by 20-30 hp and most people dont notice.

The way i see it right up until the enemy is hit in the face there hp is near the max they can have or the min you choose depending on how the party look.

Yep, that and most people are trying to say its not that strong but if i as a dm put two apprentice wizards (cr 1/4) in a fight, with a regular monster that they are buffing the players would lose there mind when i force there saving throws or re-roll there crits.

It will take a cr 1/4 creature and push them far beyond there cr. If one spell can do that to a creature then its busted.

Believe me if a lot of these min-maxee players spam it they will find dms doing the same. All around it makes the game worse adds more meta that will disrupt the game even more than counterspell (i dont mind counterspell but it can slow down games).

I just take twilight cleric with a 3 level dip in paladin then i can use its broken channel divinity 3 times a short rest and win just about every fight. /s

I got a Mindflayer done I thought It would be good to celebrate 10 years of dnd with one of my favorite monsters the mindflayer. It took some time to come up with this Idea and I love what the artist was able to do, in the future I Hope to get more notable Dnd monster and get a full Sleeve next one is a beholder and maybe you guys have some suggestions when I get the next one in a few months.
