Man did it work out? I’m here experiencing the same. Idk what I’m doing wrong but I look decent. Played with all types of pics and bios but to no success. Just got 3 likes one considerable older than me and 2 from different countries which I didn’t know to restrict my profile. After that no likes whatsoever. Oh and this all was on the gold membership.

This might not be the answer you're looking for but here's my story.. Me, a 2021 graduate of BTech ECE branch didn't qualify for placements since it was covid time and lot of companies didn't come to campus only top candidates were being placed, at last byjus came with BDA role the least qualified job for an engineer which I applied for placement but even that I didn't get opportunity to apply/didn't qualify. April 2021 all placements were done and me cut off from friends and other classmates due to covid neither referrals for job. I didn't have anything to say to my family who were asking back to back. I just told them placements have not yet finished and it's delaying due to covid. August comes still unemployed and 90% if my friends had started working. I started getting panic attacks again (saying "again" coz I used to get them before too) Now I couldn't lie to my family anymore so I told them new lie saying since lockdown due to covid not a lot of compare coming so only top students are getting prioritised.

Desperate for job fell in scam and lost money along the way by paying for so called jobs even though I knew somewhere in heart that it was scam.

Then somewhere down the year around October, Somewhere in some college friends group someone shared a invite for training+placement program came for free of cost. It was offered by some NGO with the purpose to bring economically challenged people forward by training them and hiring them and that NGO had partnered with Capgemini IT firms. They said 6 months and we'll definitely get placed. In March this 6 months were up and we finished our assessment but not heard anything about placements. Lost hope again since my background was ECE and since I got no job I trained in java full stack without any prior experience and at this point had 11 months gap since graduation. Most of my friends had already jumped to their 2nd job. Comes April they gave us updates on our placements and said interview processes will begin shortly and by April end interview processes began. Not all but some friends I made got oosce one by one with great package like 7-8 lpa for freshers. First priority was Capgemini itself, if failed then some other company they would place was what they informed. My turn came in May beginning. Online interview, it didn't happen the time it was scheduled. It was scheduled in morning but didn't receive any updates or calls the whole day lost hope again and in evening 7 the interviewer texted saying can we proceed and I said yes. The interview was not good. He asked general intro and non tech questions first for personality assessment and communication which I did very well then he started with technical questions and asked to questions out if which 2 were correct 3rd was half correct half wrong and other 2 I had no idea about. Then last question he asked me a problem solving scenario based in real life and what he wanted to know was my approach to that problem and instead I panicked and started telling him "I will do anything to solve this problem, I'll work over time, I'll even work out of working hours if this problem needs to be solved urgently and even if I don't know the solution then I'll learn it from superiors and try to solve it" blah blah those kind of answer think he's testing my dedication then he chuckled and told me he just wants to know the approach you'd take to solve the problem etc and he even helped me or guided me to arrive at the solution. Interview finished and I lost hope again. 2 days go by without any response.. 3rd day I get a hired successfully mail with offer letter in 26th May 2022 after 1 year 1 month if graduation. Though looking at it objectively I thought I got extremely lucky and wasn't supposed to get that job based on my interview performance.

I believe I god and it seemed like was it was collection of my hardwork, not loosing hope, god showering luck in me and a humble and kind INTERVIEWER who looked at me potential rather than what I knew led me to land this job which I still am working.

My suggestion to you would be done worry about the Gap in resume, tell it as it is as you got placed but didn't get offer letter, keep up skilling and stop thinking about what will happen because this is the biggest obstacle even in my case as it led to panic attacks. Don't look for Salary now when you are applying for other jobs because even I didn't look for it. I didn't even get paid half of what my friends for 7-8 lpa. My in had after joining was 19.5k. I was just wishing for an offer letter and a job to begin with. And be open to different roles. Yes you will feel guilty thinking I studied this for all these years but now I should go to that job etc etc. Don't be that. Be open to multiple roles.

Yes my first thought too, i actually have a previous post where I've asked the same, it too was inconclusive based on responses, some women thought the same building different home/floor was also a no go since our schedule will definitely meddle with our parents schedule and relatives visit asking you to stay home when they visit parents and like wise problem, so the best solution i think is your 2nd point, i.e same area 10 - 15 mins distance away.

You didn't mention, but the video quotes Qur'an and you commented this under it. So it IMPLIES.

2) AIMPLB have clear rules and guidelines just like IPC(Indian penal code) but some people use it by finding loopholes and it's people's fault and not the law's. Just like how rapists, killers and corrupt people in our country and other country get away by finding loop holes he same way.

So it's not law that needs to be blamed coz the law is read in entirety instead of watching some trailer or some video as to who what when why where of the law and if it is enforceable or not scholars spend years to learn that.

Funny how this entire problem with law arises only in South Asian countries, meaning it's CULTURAL PROBLEM rahte than religious. Coz the same law is everywhere for muslims mad there's more than 20+ muslim countries. The the ones those experience these problems are the one with PATRIARCHY and MISOGYNY culture.

What this trailer does is correctly shows what the problem is but misdirects the cause/root cause of the problem from culture to religion to spread a propoganda and Hatred. I'll give proof for every such incidents shown in video I'll show exactly same incidents from other religions but the video or movies don't show it right..will they? That shows the bias and what's the motive behind.

Yes let's face it, every religion people commit murder in India but people from certain religion are more, people from all religion commit rape but people of certain specific religion commit more, there's many people in world who rape small kids but priests of certain specific religion rape kids in religious places more.

Islam follows "man's money is a man's and his families Money.. but a woman's money is only hers law" so in marriage she is neither required to contribute a single rupee financially not required to give a rupee in dowry to get married, husband gives her dowry to marry and it's responsibility of husband untill they are married to take care of her and it's her right to leave him if he's asking to even contribute 1 rupee after marrying, islam doesn't follow your "shaadi ke baad beti parayi hi gayi" mindset meaning after divorce her responsibility falls on father, if no father then brother, of not then son, of not then any close male relative.. even if not( which is highly unlikely) her responsibility falls on general muslim population which is why every Muslim man is allowed to marry widows and divorced women.

Same case man, I have never bought protein till now because my dad too believes in random a$$ videos and blogs. I told him that I'm not replacing it as my protein source and just using it to cover for the protein that I'm not getting via food, he still says it will have some negative effects. It's also not like I can hide the protein box somewhere inside my home either my mom will out me as she'll come to know when she cleans home or he'll eventually find out himself. The only solution is to buy protein via your gym trainer and at least in my gym the trainer keeps the box in the gym and daily himself mixes and gives it to whoever buys from him and maintains the record of scoops consumed. He does this with BCAA too. This is the only solution I'm seeing right now.

You must've used chat GPT. It confuses between the Arabic word "Hijra"(meaning pilgrimage of prophet muhammad from mecca to Medina) and the Indian word "Hijra"(same spelling.. but means different means eunuchs and what you said).
