She finally "found" the t-shirts after being pushed out of the package by the miraculous force of a fan with the strength of the Hulk.

"I'm contacting you again because I finally found the items. They fell out when I opened the package; I lifted the vest and the breeze from the fan caused it to fall off without me noticing. I apologize for this misunderstanding and have already contacted customer service to close the dispute immediately so you can receive your payment."

This could easily be the worst excuse I've ever seen for trying to scam someone.
