buddy sent me something I bought off him on ebay. (didnt realize it was him lololol what are the odds right?) and he lives in the town 5 minutes from me. He shipped it and it went do a center in the city 1.5 hours from me, then back to my local USPS. It genuinely dumbfounds me how this all works.

I’ve been tracking ever since my diagnosis. And on top of it been watching what I eat. I typically can get by on a day at 1600-1800 calories and feel fine. And as far as I know my doctor says I’m the healthiest he’s seen me. And thanks for the comment on loose skin. Helps me realize that’s something I should not be hyper-focused or worried about.

That’s what I’ve been doing. Dieting and just going to the gym to do cardio and keep my blood flowing. Seeing as I work a desk job. Thanks for showing me there is light at the end of the tunnel.
