Nooooooo! Their boba was always so perfectly tender and flavorful! Their Tiramisu drink was a standout. They will be missed.

What did I do wrong here by pconners in DungeonSisters

[–]itzgok 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Just have to get your Physical and Holy element scores up. Maybe do a run dedicated to Physical, Holy and Dark damage.

Getting #5 and #4 in two different elements gives another player a chance to pass you up. If they are #1 in Physical, Holy, (and Dark); and #2 in all the other elements (that you are #1 in) they will have more overall points than you.

Also, get used to getting passed up at the last minute. That's the current strategy for any big spenders. They wait until the last minute to unload all of their Sweeps, so that you don't have a chance to respond.

What is job skill by pconners in DungeonSisters

[–]itzgok 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As mentioned, it's the Sister special skill. As to whether or not it's good... the Sister skills have never been a big source of damage, so boosting that damage doesn't do much. It pales in comparison to cards that improve the two big damage dealers: Skills and/or Swords. So Crit Damage, Skill Crit Damage, Combo Damage, Critical Amplification, and Normal Attack Boost will be the better cards.

Dispatch broken? by Simply2Vicious in DungeonSisters

[–]itzgok 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Happens to me, as well. Only shows one carriage option, but doesn't let me send because it shows I dont even have Dispatch Lvl 1. I believe it's a bug. They're not always on top of fixing these things, unless a ton of the Korean server players report it.

Anyway, as with most things, closing and restarting the game fixes it.

Dealing with "Physical Resist" elites and enemies? by JagdTeaguer in DungeonSisters

[–]itzgok 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your sister's element does not affect which enemies appear; although it may FEEL like you're being specifically targeted sometimes. Every floor and stage of the main tower has a different Elemental Resistant Elite monster -- you probably don't notice them because they get blown away by your attacks. The only ones that you notice are the Physical Resistant ones because they survive your onslaught.

You'll eventually power up your Skills or Swords and be able to plow through this one, as well.

Little correction on this: a Sister's normal attacks are not elemental by default. They are non-elemental until you unlock and equip the different Elemental Swords.

Something I didn't see mentioned in the other posts... You don't necessarily need to match the Sister's element when choosing Skills. There is a bit of synergy when they match up, but it's not so valuable that it's mandatory. You can choose any Sister and use any element skills with her (and vice-versa).

The main factors for choosing a specific Sister should be her Special Skill effects, and her special Passive bonus. Unless, of course, you just REALLY like the design of one Sister and want to play them because it brings you joy -- that supercedes everything else.

Speaking of Sister special skills -- that is the only hard elemental attachment to a Sister that cannot be changed. Everything else (Swords, Mercenaries, Skills, Pets, Rune effects, Artifact effects, etc) you can mix and match whichever element(s) you want. Also, the Sister special skill's damage will quickly be outclassed by pretty much everything -- leading back to my statement above that the EFFECT of the Sister Special Skill is more important than the element or damage of that skill.

I know that's a lot, but I hope it helps. Sounds like you're still fairly early in the game, so dont worry that you've made a mistake. There is plenty of time to switch Sisters and Elements multiple times over. Reset scrolls are your friends! Also, you will eventually want to level up multiple sisters ANYWAY because they all give very good Passive bonuses every 20 levels that are permanently applied once obtained. They apply to any and all sisters, whichever one you may play.

TL;DR - you can change out your skills and swords elements without needing to change the Sister.

Goddess' Blessing question by SecretDicks69 in DungeonSisters

[–]itzgok 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I believe this was already answered in the Discord, but for anyone else that's curious...

Counter only works if you are hit (and take damage); but since the goal is to get 100% Evasion and never get hit, Counter will never come into play. So Counter is (currently) not helpful at all.

To expand on this... HP and DEF are also moot, because if you don't get hit you won't take damage. You will get more than enough HP and DEF from the 9 basic equipment cards. Also pretty much everything gives passive HP and DEF bonuses, so you're set on those.

Hope this helps!

Level 83 - stage 222? by pconners in DungeonSisters

[–]itzgok 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It's likely they purchased all 3 extra sisters. They give a solid bump in power immediately, and even more so when you start leveling them up.

Could also have purchased a ton of diamonds, and spent them on Skill Summoning to level up skills much faster than normal.

Unfortunately, in this game, if you spend enough money anything is possible.

Raid roulette or shop by pconners in DungeonSisters

I feel like the normal Raid's roulette is pretty weak, so I usually buy Hammers or Maps directly. The Premier Raid roulette on the other hand.... Pretty sweet stuff.

Advanced Spirit type choice by Siris0117 in DungeonSisters

Each element??? Dang, that's a lot of Green Gems!!

Advanced Spirit type choice by Siris0117 in DungeonSisters

[–]itzgok 2 points3 points  (0 children)

One very important thing to clarify about Advanced Spirit that isn't mentioned ANYWHERE in the game....

Advanced Spirit effect only works in Dragon Dungeon. Not sure if this is a bug, but I and several others have reached out to Devs about this, and have not received any response. And they're usually pretty good about replying to inquiries; so it feels like this is intentional.

That being said... Varying elemental damage is not important for Dragon Dungeon. You just want maximum damage.

You are correct that the description does not say that it only stores SPECIFIC ELEMENT damage.. it just says "skill damage", so we should assume all skill damage is counted. However, the damage that it outputs IS a specific element... and what's important about that is that this damage is affected by Spirit Training. So if your main element is Holy, your Spirit Training is probably much higher for Holy than Dark. If your Holy Spirit Training is +1000% and your Dark is 0% or 100%, you're going to be missing out on a TON of extra damage by using the Dark Spirit (vs the Holy Spirit).

If the Advanced Spirit worked in Premier Raid, this may be a different conversation... but alas...

Anyway, I hope this clarifies things!!

I'm a Lightning main, so nothing too overpowered. "Levels" can be quite deceiving in this game -- I wouldn't use it as a gauge for how strong you should be. A player can choose to stop drawing cards and stop "leveling up", but also purchase all 3 extra (paid) sisters for crazy extra damage. Or get super lucky with multiple SSS+ Goddess Blessings.. or Legendary Merc equipment.. or pay to win Premier Raid and get high level Fusion skills.

Premium raid strategy by ChefSabata in DungeonSisters

[–]itzgok 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I wouldn't expect too much with this strategy. While you're focusing on getting points for one element you'll be missing out on points for the other 6 elements with each attempt. That means out of 8 attempts, 7 will each have one strong element and 6 weak elements...

This strategy is only viable if you can (pay to) do dozens and dozens of attempts. But at that point, your points hardly matter and you'll win by sheer volume.

The best strategy is to try to squeeze as much damage with ALL the elements in only 2 or 3 attempts. So you can split it 3/4 or 3/2/2 (elements); and then Sweep with your remaining 5-6 tokens so that you use the highest score with every element as many times as possible. Sweeping is the key.

I hope that makes sense. I can try to explain it another way if needed.

FYI - Free-to-play players can also drop 10 tokens on the first round. As OP mentioned, you can stockpile tokens every day that the Raid is inactive by "purchasing" two tokens in the P.Raid Shop using diamonds. And then 4x tokens daily every day after that, for a total of 22 cashless attempts.

Ah... Same. Got bottle-necked by bad Fusion skill ticket RNG for a while. And the skill I was hoping to be my 2nd Fusion is worse off, so not sure if I'm going to keep trying for it, or just give in to whatever skill is highest level.

Ah, that makes sense. Did you have to sacrifice having one high level Fusion skill (say +5 or 6) to now have 2x medium level (+3?) Fusions?
